New Audi A4 awarded top five-star crash rating
At last, some good news for the Volkswagen Group (but some bad, too)
AMID THE emissions scandal currently engulfing it, the Volkswagen Group has some good news to celebrate: Euro NCAP, the crash test organisation, has awarded its latest Audi A4 the maximum five-star rating.

However, it’s not all good news for the group. The Volkswagen Caddy MPV was awarded just four stars. Euro NCAP says the car is unusual for a vehicle in its segment, offering automatic city braking only as an option.
Meanwhile, fresh from celebrating the public debut of its NSX hybrid sports car, Honda is once again cracking open the champagne with the news that two of its models — the new HR-V and the Jazz — have also been awarded five stars by Euro NCAP. The safety body says the Jazz is only the second supermini to have been awarded its top rating this year.
