Porsche parking fail as man smashes 911 through wall in Colchester
Targa takes off
IT IS often said that Porsche drivers think they’re better behind the wheel than other motorists on the road. Unfortunately for one owner, a spectacular parking fail showed that even when you’ve got the keys to one of the most desirable cars on the road, there’s no guarantee it will make you a good driver.
The video below shows the aftermath of a Porsche parking prang.
A 911 Targa 4, which costs nearly £92,000 new, can be seen balancing precariously in the air, after demolishing a wall and landing on a busy pedestrian underpass.

Sergeant Colin Shead said that neither the driver nor any pedestrians were injured, and the man had been offered a ‘fitness to drive’ course.
New Porsche owners are able to enrol in advanced driving courses at a dedicated training centre at the Silverstone race track. However, it is not a mandatory requirement to attend one of the safety sessions.
