Alligator rides in Florida police car
Cracking offer
THERE ARE many places that you may expect to find an alligator, but in the back of a police car is not one.
Footage released by the Sheriff’s Office in Hillsborough County, Florida, shows the reptile sliding out of a police car and making its ways towards a nearby lake.
Police said the alligator was given a ride home in a squad car after straying from a lake in Brandon on June 25. The alligator had made its way to a local pharmacy and a petrol station before being picked up by four deputies.

YOU DON’T SEE THAT EVERYDAY! This Florida native decided to take a trip to CVS and then a Speedway Gas Station in Brandon before Deputies Lehman, Fluellen and Grikenas along with Master Sergeant Massaro gave him a ride home. #gatortaxi #freeride #onlyinflorida #teamhcso #gogator pic.twitter.com/JiLOBYXDl6
